Chancel and Altar — 

Expand and raise entire area from front of sanctuary to the   second beam to the level of the current chancel. Raised tier seating for   choir and musicians. Install removable communion railing at the front of the   chancel area. Pulpit and lectern relocated to platform area. Piano and organ   on raised area and realigned. Altar on its own raised level and equipped with   rollers to relocate, as necessary. Electrical outlets, etc.,   adjustments. Choir, minister,   assistants, crucifers, and acolytes seated in chairs. Construction performed inhouse.

Total Chancel and Altar: $14,000

Organ —

 Lengthen the cable for the organ console. This includes the cost of the cable and the junctions needed to connect the old cable to the new one. An electrician will need to extend or replace the AC wiring that runs from the key switch on the console to the organ blower.

Kneeler pads —

 platform and fixed kneelers 2” thick and 12” wide

Custom stain color surcharge for matching and applying to furniture

 Sanctuary — 

Remove and dispose of existing carpet and flooring. Prep floor, furnish and install new glue down LVT in pew area. 

Furnish and install floating LVT on new platform area and transitions. Wood nosing to be installed by platform builder. 

Baptismal font to be moved to center of main aisle with pews adjusted for pathway around.  

Total Sanctuary Flooring: $27,240

Chi Rho — 

Resize and relocate to center of aisle.

Commons and Hall — 

Remove and dispose of existing carpet. Prep floor, furnish and install new LVT and transitions.

Replace dossal fabric behind cross in front of sanctuary—purchase of   materials and professional labor to replace.
